Spent a lovely winter break in Isabella cottage. When I booked I wondered what I was going to get for such a reasonable price. I shouldn't have worried , the property was a 3 storey roomy affair with all the amenities you need for a week away. It's in a very quiet area right next to the Hadrians wall way but is within striking distance of Northumberlands many treasures. Mrs Watson the owner very kindly informed me that the previous occupants were vacating on Friday so I could arrive whatever time I wanted on the Saturday, this was most welcome as it meant we could navigate from Scotland during daylight hours. I would thoroughly recommend this property for comfort, location and price, and I can see myself returning in the future.
