Flat 32 is a lovely, second-floor apartment situated at Marine Court in the seaside town of Littlehampton, West Sussex. This three-bedroom property enjoys a variety of on-site facilities and is just paces away from the beach and quaint harbour. Head up to the second floor to discover your base, where you can relax and unwind in the living/dining room on the corner sofa with a cup of tea. Catch-up on shows on the TV, escape into the pages of a good book or enjoy a game of cards at the dining table. The separate kitchen area offers an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge with an ice box, all to ease your self-catered stay. Reflect outside in the courtyard; here you can soak up the sunshine on the furniture and afterwards why not join socialise with others in the bar area? Littlehampton has two beaches, a marina, and harbour. Coastguard beach flies the International Blue Flag and Quality Coast Flag. This busy south coast town offers year-round deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, water skiing, and windsurfing. The sandy east beach has indoor and outdoor attractions for all ages, while the untouched west beach offers secluded sand dunes and fantastic wildlife. Littlehampton has restaurants, pubs, and shops for all tastes and ages, and the Look and Sea Centre, which traces the town's maritime history and has an 80-foot viewing tower, is a great family outing. Littlehampton is ideally located for visiting the south and west Sussex coastline, including historic dockyards, Roman villas, the Weald and Downland Museum, vineyards, public gardens, and Goodwood with motorsport and horse racing. Littlehampton offers easy access to Chichester, Arundel, and Brighton.

Note: Registered assistance dogs are accepted on-site with registration paperwork, however, they will need to adhere to on-site rules and not be left alone in the property, prior agreement from the centre will be required - paperwork is required to be submitted at the time of final payment to arrival.
Note: The centre has an onsite laundry, swimming pool and fitness gym, all of which are available to guests during specified times.

We were impressed with what you do. The apartment was bigger than our house a lovely place to stay.

The wooden furniture in the bedrooms, although useful, plenty of wardrobe space and drawers, was well used and some of the drawers had dropped making it hard to open/close some. The plentiful windows allowed in plenty of light, but the roller blinds didnât cover the whole windows, allowing early light to flood in. The kitchen was well equipped, with just enough equipment, and the water was good and hot. Good parking on site and the quiz night and bingo session in the bar was great fun and entertaining. The bookable pool was advertised to be open from 9:30 till 3:30, but we were told on arrival that it is not available to book in the mornings as it is used for rehab sessions for Firefighters, which is a great facility but felt that the limited availability wasnât made clear on the Sykes advertisement. Also, the booking had to be made on the day it was required, as they didnât always know what bookings would come in for rehab. We were only able to use the pool once because of those limited timings. The Gym was similarly limited availability. We found this a little disappointing. especially as as weâd paid over £1k for the week. As there was no outside play area, it wasnât really ideal for our two lively teenaged grandsons, but may suit other family set ups. Having on site 24 hour staff was reassuring and the whole building felt secure and safe and staff very helpful, in the main. We felt pleased to be able to support such a worthwhile charity but didnât feel it represented good value for money giving the limitations as mentioned above. Nevertheless we enjoyed Littlehampton and found the apartment to be very clean and well located.

Great facilities and perfect location for town, train station, beach. Lots to see and do in local area, castles, gardens, walks etc. The FF Charity do amazing work for injured firefighters. We joined in with quiz night and bingo for a bit of evening fun
