Guests generally appreciate the property's prime location, cleanliness, and secure environment. The friendly staff and on-site facilities, including a pool and parking, add to the positive experience. While some guests mention areas for improvement, the overall sentiment is one of satisfaction, with many willing to recommend the property and return for another stay.
The property is consistently described as clean, with multiple reviews affirming its tidiness. However, one review suggests the kitchen could use a bit more attention, slightly impacting the score.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, town, and local attractions, making it a great spot for families and couples alike.
Comfort is well-regarded with mentions of a secure apartment, comfortable beds, and spaciousness. Some minor criticisms about furniture and light from windows slightly reduce the score.
Facilities like the pool and parking are appreciated, but limited availability and lack of play areas for children are noted. Some reviews mention the need for better kitchen equipment and maintenance issues, leading to a good but not excellent score.
While the staff are commended for their friendliness and helpfulness, there is insufficient information on the thoughtfulness of gifts or special touches in the reviews to provide a score.

We were a little early but our apartment was ready. Ultra clean and warm. Conveniently located within walking distance of the town. Parking was easy. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you

Good location to get to beach & town. Reception staff were great & very helpful. Having on-site swimming pool was fabulous (especially as we had 2 pre-schoolers who are learning to swim) just a shame it didnât open later than 15.30. All the doors in the flat were fire doors but it would have been helpful to have door stops ans they were heavy for small children & would avoid door slamming.

I understand that the main purpose of the building and its facilities is for the rehabilitation of firefighters. The flats that are let out to the general public are to help raise money for the charity. The flat was austere and quite unwelcoming. The staff in reception were wonderful, especially Fiona, who explained that the apartment had recently been redecorated and that the plan was to put some pictures on the walls. The bath was slippery, we mentioned this and were provided with a mat. There was no safety handle in the bath/ shower but fortunately we had taken a suction one with us. The crockery was very thick and heavy, so much so that we bought a couple of China mugs to use. The flat sleeps 5 but there were only 5 teaspoons, no cafetiere, no hairdryer. No instructions at all for oven or microwave and when we arrived, the welcome pack consisted 2 teabags, 2 individual coffee bags, 4 individual pots of uht milk and 2 small packets of biscuits. The sofa was very comfortable and the beds were quite comfortable. The whole place was enormous with plenty of room for five people but very sparse and utilitarian.
