This holiday bungalow is situated at the top of the pretty fishing village of Port Isaac, featured in the TV series ’Doc Martin’. It has a garden and patio and is a short walk from the village centre and pretty harbour. Ideally located for touring Cornwall, including Padstow with Rick Stein’s famous fish restaurant. Take a ferry across to Rock and enjoy the sandy beach or water sports. Follow the Camel Trail from Padstow along the Camel Estuary to the market town of Wadebridge and beyond to Bodmin. A little further along the coast is Watergate Bay, and Newquay with surfing beach at Fistral and family beaches, zoo and Blue Reef Aquarium. Shop ¼ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Quiet location nice parking space.Not to far from the center of port Isaac.We did use the buses and the stop is very near.Co-op store very Handy nearby.Big enough for 2 of us ,,no problem.We enjoyed our stay.

We have been staying a Sea Thrift on and off since 2010. Port Isaac is a favourite place of ours to take a well earned break from life. Sea Thrift is in a perfect location. 10 minute walk from the harbour which has a good range of places to eat and drink. It's also an excellent hub to explore the rest of Cornwall. Sea Thrift feels like a home from home for us. It has everything you need a for a comfy and cosy stay. The large garden is perfect for the kids to play in or simply relax on a warm day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time again this April. And honestly, have plans to return next year.
