We had a lovely time It’s a great location and cottage was lovely , But A few bits in cottage need a refresh tho for the price we paidSofa need a clean / change. Windows need a good clean in and out Outside front terrace needs a good tidy/clean , re paint in places. Tv was unusable, a free view / sky would be alot better option It was Great to have the garage to park up in and the beds were very comfy and bathroom and carpets a great quality Location good for two pubs Thanks

5 stayed at the cottage comfortably lovely and clean couldn’t fault the equipment within the property. Tv could Be of a larger size (not the end of the world though). Definitely need to shop before returning to the property only one shop that we found on Kingswear side of the river. Pubs were great. Would return.

Unfortunately we were slightly disappointed with this home. The location was beautiful, two lovely pubs and the ferry to Dartmouth was a 10 minute walk away. And loads of beautiful towns and beaches are super close by.It was great having parking in a large garage available as parking is expensive if not and can be really busy.. even in April! However the home itself wasn’t really up to the standard we’d expect or paid for. It’s a home for 5 people but everything felt unequipped for 5.There were boxes and used bottles under our bedsDust everywhere, on top of headboard, wardrobesThe outside area off the kitchen was filthy, had an old ladder, broken washing basket just sat on the table that’s pictured.Seating outside was only for 3 and no cushions to sit onIt’s dog friendly but no gate to stop dogs from running down steps into the road or over to neighbours The air fryer and oven were really poor so we had to eat out the whole time, I’d seen a review of this and not taken it seriously but.. it was bad!Everywhere just needed a lick of paint and a really good clean if I’m honest, like I said location is beautiful but house itself was not the best.
