A two level apartment with private parking located in the stunning South Devon town of Dartmouth. This apartment is within a short distance of local amenities and offers two bedrooms sleeping five and two bathrooms.
Apartment 5 The Pottery is located in Warfleet, a beautiful property steeped in history being the old Pottery Barn of Dartmouth since the 1949. This apartment along with Warfleet is on the outskirts of Dartmouth town centre, with it being less than a 15 minute walk to the centre of town. By the property there is an abundance of things to do, you're surrounded by coastal walks, Dartmouth Castle and the lovely beach Sugary Cove. Venture into the town and take the steam paddle along the River Dart, take the passenger ferry to Kingswear and take the Steam train to Paignton or sail up river to Agatha Christie's house. There is just so much to do! Apartment 5 The Pottery is a lovely modern two level apartment. The ground floor houses the family bathroom, open plan living, kitchen and dining room along with the first bedroom. On the lower ground level is the second bedroom with the king bed, a single and the ensuite shower room. The property comes with a designated parking spot too so you'll never need to worry about finding a car park space after a full day of adventure!

Parking: 1 designated car park space, this is a car park space and has no cover therefore, a car to the size of a 4x4 will fit into the space.

General: WiFi Provided. Electric included in rent. Underfloor heating provided with additional heaters. No Smoking. Mobile phone signal ranges from none to patchy. Stairgates are not provided due to the width of the staircases, and so parties with children should take additional care.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Short Breaks - Shorts Breaks are accepted in low and mid season - minimum of 3 nights.

A very lovely flat, and although there is no garden, there is a delightful spot to watch the world go by of an evening just a short walk away! The flat is comfortable and stylish - with Dartmouth town centre a short walk down the hill. A very good base for a South Hams holiday.

The property was lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The iron didn’t work and a new one was provided quickly and without fuss. We enjoyed visiting Dartmouth and would go again. It was a perfect distance from town to the apartment for the dog and Dartmouth itself was very dog friendly. The nearest beach (Blackpool sands) didn’t allow dogs (as advertised!) but the one just further up did.
