Bathroom: shower cubicle, bath with Victorian style hand held shower over, basin, WC. Bedroom 1: 2 x single beds with 1 single stora bed, views of communal garden. Bedroom 2: kingsize bed (5’), single bed. Sitting Room: flat screen LCD TV, DVD, music system, views of communal garden, large sliding doors to private south facing patio.. Outside: Private, south facing enclosed patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture with gated access to large, communal garden for guests to enjoy.

Parking: for 1 large car; additional on road parking outside the property.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided in mid, upper mid and high season only.

Wifi available.

Gas central heating and hot water.

No smoking.

Two well behaved dogs welcome at the discretion of the owner at an additional cost of £35 per week.

Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of 4 adults.. A spacious and light ground floor apartment which has been tastefully decorated, comfortably furnished and equipped to a good standard. The apartment has the benefit of a private south-facing patio, but also guests have the bonus of using the enclosed communal garden with the other three apartments. The property is within walking distance of the town centre, close to a convenience store and has off street parking for one large car.

The property has its own private patio, but the garden area is communal and may be accessed by other guests onsite.

Please note that linen and towels are not provided for any extra beds, i.e sofabed, storabed, z-bed unless requested 2 weeks prior to arrival

There will be a linen change for bookings of 14 days or more. If not required please call the office.

    A comfortable and attractive apartment. We enjoyed the private patio and the communal garden. We appreciated the parking space but as this was not marked out manoeuvring around other residents’ cars was sometimes tricky. The kitchen is well equipped but requires artificial light. The main difficulty we encountered was the cramped dining area. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return.

    Dog friendly accommodation - lovely garden. Spacious flat, good location (near a local shop for every day amenities) and about a 10 minute walk into Salcombe.
