The apartment has the benefit of a private south-facing patio, but also guests have the bonus of using the enclosed communal garden with the other three apartments. The property is within walking distance of the town centre, close to a convenience store and has off street parking for one large car.

The property has its own private patio, but the garden area is communal and may be accessed by other guests onsite.

Please note that linen and towels are not provided for any extra beds, i.e sofabed, storabed, z-bed unless requested 2 weeks prior to arrival
