April Cottage is located in a great elevated position overlooking Furzeham Green and the harbour which offers a fascinating seaside stroll, as home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the country. On the ground floor, there is an open plan living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a patio door from the kitchen leads out on to the private patio area. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, a modern family bathroom as well as a cloakroom.
