It is the perfect base for a large family or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday on the Suffolk Coast thanks to its spacious living areas, a large enclosed garden and easy access to stunning countryside.
This Grade II-listed townhouse is spread across three floors. It has a warm and welcoming ambience thanks, in part, to the natural light that pours in through large windows onto an eclectic range of soft furnishings. The generous kitchen/diner on the ground floor is a place to get creative with local ingredients, with stunning sea views as you tuck into your favourite meals. A utility room is handily placed nearby for those mucky pups who struggle to stay clean. Head upstairs to the stunning lounge for film nights, family games or simply to absorb the view from the balcony. There’s an additional lounge nearby, ideal for quiet time with a good book, while a single bedroom and the family bathroom are also nearby. You’ll find two king-size bedrooms, a bunk bedroom and a shower room on the second floor, while on the third floor, two king-size bedrooms and a single bedroom, all with sloping ceilings, are served by a shower room. Our family of 11 had a lovely stay at 12 Kirkley Cliff. It’s a great location for the beach with some shops and restaurants close by. It was a big plus having parking spaces available on a busy road. We were left a lovely welcome pack by the owners, Ian and Dean, and they were very efficient in answering any questions we had. All our party thoroughly enjoyed our week in Lowestoft.

A beautiful property with great amenities and comfortable beds. Great location to the beach and a good pamphlet collection for things to do and places to eat. A short walk to the shops and pubs. We really enjoyed our time.

We loved our stay at Kirkley Cliff House, it is in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and in the perfect spot for Lowestoft parkrun which four of us completed. The house is spacious, has been furnished to an high standard and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our favourite place to sit whether lashing down with rain or bright sunshine (we had both!) was by the huge bay window in the first floor living room overlooking the sea with a drink in hand. Great communication from the hosts. A superb place to stay with family, would highly recommend and hope to return again soon.
