Guests say

Guests have had a delightful experience at The Old Hall Farm House, praising its tranquillity, spaciousness, and farmhouse charm. The property's proximity to Southwold, the Maize Maze, and local eateries like Mrs T's and the 2 Magpies has been appreciated. Families and large groups found it ideal for reunions and holidays, with special mention of the secure garden for children and the adjacent cafe and play area.

The property is consistently described as clean and well cared for, with only one mention of a minor issue that does not detract from the overall high standards maintained.

The location is highly praised for its convenience, proximity to Southwold, and the surrounding countryside. The on-site cafe and play area are frequently mentioned as positive aspects.

Comfort is highlighted with references to the property's warmth, inviting atmosphere, and suitability for large groups. The spaciousness and provision of baby equipment add to the comfort level.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, with mentions of a well-equipped kitchen and ample space. However, some minor maintenance issues such as a broken bread knife and a leaky shower slightly affect the score.

The provision of a welcome hamper and passes to nearby attractions indicates thoughtfulness. While these gifts are warmly received, it is noted that such offerings may vary and are not guaranteed.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Old Hall Farm House. The property was a fantastic base for 3 families with young children. They loved playing in the garden and having access to the Maize Maze for the week was a real bonus. We had lots of wonderful trips out to Southwold, ROARR, Africa Alive and the East Anglia Transport Museum. The house was very clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend.
