The ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet; ideal for cleaning up after taking a walk along the sandy beach. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms, one containing king-size bed, one with a double bed and one with twin beds which can be put to a double upon request. One of the bedrooms has access to the conservatory via a set of double doors, perfect to watch the sunset or sunrise from your very own bedroom. There is a conservatory that has another dining table and chairs, another sofa and two arm chairs; again ideal for watching the sunset and sunrise or simply relaxing in. Upstairs has a twin room, adjoining another room which has a day bed; both offer magnificent views of the seafront through the rooftop windows. There is a second bathroom upstairs which is spacious; fitted with both a bath and separate shower, again with excellent views of the sea. One of the many attractions of the property can be found outside; a large garden features an array of seating areas, also a beautiful decking area to watch the world go by above the cliff-tops. The spacious enclosed area is perfect for both the children and the dog to play safely under the sunset. Located between Scarborough and Whitby, this old fishing village can be found at the edge of a wide sweeping bay backed by spectacular cliffs surrounded by wonderful walks and mountains to explore.
