Bi-fold doors lead out to the balcony where you can really take in the scene; gaze at the boats as they come and go, admire the charmingly painted houses nestled around the harbour and breath in the wonderfully fresh sea air. One of the nicest properties we have stayed in view to die for only minor niggle garage rather small for larger vehicles this restored my faith in Sykes cottages after our stay in a disgusting property in Bridlington last year well done to the owner who we met she went the last mile to help us

Stayed here 3 years in a row. The only negative is the heat in the house requiring fans on at all times even at night. But we will be back, it is the best in Whitby.

The house had everything we needed and was so clean. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. Just as described and cannot recommend highly enough. We will certainly book again.
