Accommodation Comprises:

Highview House is a beautifully proportioned Edwardian villa a few minutes walk from the sand. Comfortably sleeping 14 people, accommodation is over three levels with ocean views.

Downstairs:

The gorgeous living room is the setting for happy memories you will make. As with all rooms, the decor is sophisticated yet relaxed, with soft beachy colours, timber floors, and doors that open onto the terrace and garden.

A massive kitchen/diner is a place where everyone can gather to prepare meals and eat together, enjoying the large table that easily seats everyone. There are practical features everywhere, from two dishwashers that make fast work of cleaning up to the integrated fridge freezer, classic AGA range, and the separate hob. In summer, keep the glass doors open for the ultimate in indoor/outdoor living and entertaining. There is also a speaker and some flashing lights (a small portable one) that is perfect for a good dance.

A separate utility room has laundry facilities.

One of the five bathrooms is on the ground floor, having a shower, WC and handbasin.

First Floor:

Bedroom One: triple bedroom with three single beds and sea views.

Bedroom Two: triple bedroom with three single beds with an ensuite WC.

Bedroom Three: Superking/twin beds to suit your needs. Please let the owner know your preferred layout when booking. This room also has sea views and an ensuite shower room.

The family bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, WC, and a handbasin.

The second bathroom has a shower, WC, and handbasin.

Top Floor:

Bedroom Four: king-sized bedroom with sea views and an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom Five: superking/twin room with sea views and a sink.

Bedroom Six: twin room with two single beds.

Outside: A large patio has a charcoal BBQ and an outdoor dining table seating 14 people. Have fun in the games room where there is a pool table. There is an American-style fridge/freezer in here to provide extra storage for drinks and snacks. There is parking for seven cars and an EV charging point.

Additional Information: Bed linen, bath towels, hot tub towels, WiFi and utilities are included. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement. Smoking indoors is not permitted.
