Whip up tasty treats in the fully-fitted kitchen/diner, and when tummies are well-fed, continue the holiday fun with a spot of pool or football in your very own games room. For those evenings you never want to end, open up the French doors and toast marshmallows on the firepit in the magnificent garden. You'll even find a table tennis table and other garden games too! When it's time to retire for the night, there are four bedrooms on the first floor, consisting of three tranquil king rooms and a twin bedroom, all with Smart TVs for those morning cuppas in bed.

Step outside and embark on your adventure along the River Alde estuary, where you'll notice plenty of seabirds wading along the water's edge. Pups will also love sniffing out these trails! Walk or drive a mile and reach the glistening sands of Aldeburgh Beach, where you can laze in the sun, wander the numerous galleries, or experience their award-winning fish and chips, rated the best on the east coast. To the north, hire a rowboat on the Meare at the holiday village of Thorpeness (2.5 miles), or follow the waymarked 6.5-mile route where you'll be met with a hearty pub lunch and a pint of Suffolk's finest.
