Guests say

Yew Tree House is a well-received cottage in Weybourne, praised for its spaciousness, quiet location, and games room. Guests appreciate the enclosed garden, comfortable beds, and proximity to the beach and local pub. Some concerns were raised about cleanliness and maintenance, but the property's amenities and location generally contribute to a positive experience.

Guests have reported issues with cleanliness, including stained toilets, cobwebs, and unclean dishes. However, not all reviews mention cleanliness problems, suggesting these may be isolated incidents.

The cottage's location is highly praised for its quiet setting, proximity to the beach, local pub, and the broads, making it an ideal spot for visitors.

The majority of guests find the beds comfortable and the space ample. The enclosed garden is a plus for dog owners, although some guests noted issues with house rules regarding pets.

The games room is a highlight, but there have been reports of broken appliances and a non-secure garden gate, which were addressed but caused inconvenience.

While guests have not mentioned any gifts, there is feedback on the lack of cleaning materials and suggestions for improvement. The absence of comments on gifts means a score cannot be provided.

A spacious and comfortable property with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable seating and beds. The games room was enjoyed by everyone and we also loved the local coffee shop.

Lovely spacious property with a great games room. Unfortunately both tumble drier and washing machine doors had broken and the gate wouldn’t shut so the garden was not secure for our dog. However after ringing to report, someone came out to secure gate and another who ordered parts for both appliances. Too late for us I’m afraid which was very disappointing, especially with a baby. It’s one of the reasons we picked the property. Lovely location with great food at the local.
