Jaret House in Tideswell is highly praised for its excellent location, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Guests appreciate the ensuite bathrooms and the property's suitability for exploring the Peak District. The village's charm and amenities, including pubs and shops, contribute to a delightful stay. While some minor concerns about cleanliness and noise were mentioned, the overall experience is one of comfort and convenience in a beautiful setting.
Most guests found Jaret House to be clean and comfortable. However, a few guests mentioned it could benefit from a deeper clean, and there were instances of dust causing discomfort for those with allergies. These comments suggest room for improvement in cleanliness.
The location of Jaret House is consistently lauded for its convenience and proximity to local amenities, pubs, and scenic walks. It serves as an ideal base for exploring the Peak District, with guests appreciating the village atmosphere and accessibility to nearby attractions.
Guests frequently compliment the comfort of the beds and the cosy atmosphere of Jaret House. The presence of ensuite bathrooms for each bedroom adds to the comfort level. Some guests, however, felt that the property was a bit small for larger groups, indicating that comfort may vary depending on group size.
The property is well-equipped, with a kitchen that satisfies guests' needs and a lounge area that is perfect for relaxation. Ensuite bathrooms are a highlight, though some guests noted the small size of shower rooms. The lack of a downstairs toilet was mentioned, but overall, the facilities meet guests' expectations.
While guests have expressed gratitude for the thoughtful touches like biscuits, milk, and tea upon arrival, there are not enough references to gifts or additional thoughtful gestures to accurately score this category. It should be noted that such amenities are appreciated but may not be consistently provided.

Mrs Partington
We have had a wonderful week in Tideswell. The house was very clean, comfortable, with excellent facilities. It is a great location for walking and travelling around. Tideswell has everything you need. Shop, bakery and pubs too. It was our first visit to Derbyshire and I thought it was beautiful.
Mr Blake
