Follow a steep staircase down to your main living space, an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you can prepare heart feasts for your group when you choose not to eat out, then gather round the table for lively holiday meals together. Settle on the comfortable seating to chat, play games or watch the Smart TV. Open the door to your outside space on fine days to bring in a sea breeze. Some members of your party might also like to enjoy a little quiet time up in the first-floor reading room. The historic harbour of Charlestown is close by, as well as fishing villages of Polperro and Looe. Plan a trip to the fascinating Eden Project, 9.5 miles away if you take the Bodinnick car ferry.
