Lamorna is a grand four-bedroom, pet-friendly property, nestled on the hillside of East Looe overlooking the town. With sensational river views across Looe harbour, Kilminorth Woods and West Looe, this spacious home boasts elegant rooms that are perfect for two families, a larger family or group of friends holidaying together.

 

Size: Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms.

Beds: 2 x king, 2 x twin.

Rooms: Kitchen/Dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Kitchen & utilities: Electric range cooker with two ovens, grill and 6 hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.

Entertainment: Smart TV.

For families: Highchair and travel cot.

Outside: Covered sun terrace to the front of the house with additional deck and seating at a lower level with fabulous views of the river, Kilminorth Woods and West Looe. 

Parking: Plenty of long-stay parking available in the Millpool Car Park 15 mins walk away.

General: Gas central heating, heated towel rails in bathrooms and feature electric fire in living room. Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No smoking. WiFi provided.

Pets: Maximum of 2 dogs accepted at an additional cost of £25 per week for each dog.

Accessibility: Local facilities are all within walking distance but be prepared for a walk back up the hill on your return. Property is accessed up a flight of granite steps and is set across 4 levels internally.

Accidental Damage Deposit: You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.

Notes: This property is situated on a road that is steep and narrow in places - max 6' - so some drivers will find it challenging. If necessary then we would advise pulling up in the main street and unloading from there and then walking to the house.

    Beautiful Looe Holiday with Beautiful views from.the house, the house was clean and spacious. We had an amazing week ans was a great base to visit Cornwall, just remember sticks for the hill.

    DON'T DRIVE TO THE HOUSE - THE ROAD IS TOO NARROW! Although the information stated that the road was narrow, it isn't clear that it won't be suitable for most vehicles. We have a mid-sized car (Ford C-Max) and had 1/2 inch clearance on each side at times and the hills were very steep with sharp bends. It was incredibly challenging and we were lucky to escape with a small scratch on the car - we saw other cars on the road sustain much worse! There is a local man (Pete - Looe Luggage Transfer) who will take luggage up and down to the house in his quad bike and trailer at a very reasonable rate (£8). Definitely recommended (on Facebook and 07810644449). Aside from the road, we were incredibly lucky with the weather we had. The house itself was nice - amazing views and the balcony on the front gets the sun all afternoon and evening. Everything was comfortable and clean, although there were a few issues with the bathroom on the top floor. The living space is much smaller than it appears in the photos - we struggled to seat seven of us around the table in the kitchen and had to use the breakfast bar as overflow seating. The hills to walk up and down between the town and the property were very steep so be prepared for quite a hard walk up.
