Thank you for the personal touches we had a great weekend break. We love Seashells!! The house is fabulous in every way. Thank you. Wells is a wonderful location to stay, a wonderful base to explore the local area! We have walked, eaten and shopped till we dropped! The Dun Cow at Salthouse was exceptional, plus delicious Fish and Chips at Frenchs! Holkham Beach walk was Beautiful in the sunshine

  Very grateful for a wonderful place where we could "entertain" our six grandchildren - two from London and four New Zealanders in Cambridge for a brief sabbatical, who visited for meals - a rare treat for cousins to have time together. The house is beautifully and generously appointed, obviously with a lot of love and care. And Wells has many things to do, while being easy to wander or ramble. We visited the beach, used the railway, learnt how to go crabbing, and even enjoyed a string Quartet concert in the church. Holkham Hall had something for everyone. Thanks to Alistair for discovering Seashells to th the owners who have set it up for us.

  This is our first visit to Norfolk. Being fortunate enough to stay at seashells. Wow what an amazing house. beautifully decorated, spotless. It is literally home from home. The location is absolutely spot on. near to shops, restaurants pubs, beach, very dog friendly, our mini dachshund Woodsy loved his stay too. Thank you so much for the chocolate, cake, such a lovely touch. We will definitely return. The only fault we had was downstairs bed was too hard fro us which made an uncomfortable sleep. but would not put us off returning. Thank you so much. Ps the bed is not a criticism, it is our preference, we are all different.

  Echo other comments that this is the best location we have found in Wells. Quiet, good parking, really close to Nisa for shopping, Coop supermarket, Staithe Street shops and the very dog friendly Crown Hotel. Booked a 6.30pm dog friendly table in the bar and we had a very good birthday dinner (not for Cleo!). French's Fish & Chip shop on the quay, pine woods and beach walks have been family favourites for George's family for many years (brought up in Fakenham). But it was our first time today in Holkham Hall grounds - enjoyed the walking, wildlife, cafe - all for £5 parking, no other entrance fee.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Seashells. Beautiful house in a perfect location. We holiday in North Norfolk with Norfolk Hideaways every October and have never been disappointed. This is our annual family break with grandparents and my children, which makes this house perfect for my parents to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom. The location is great, short walking distance into Wells. We have had, as always a wonderful week in Wells and can't wait to return next year and Seashells would be perfect to return to. Thank you Seashells for our 2019 Norfolk break.
