This was our ninth visit to this property and we have found that the standard of cleanliness has been first rate. We found that the property is situated just a short walk from the centre of town and the all important arcade for the kids. Sad that the train will not be running after September and will have to walk both ways to the beach but overall I am still looking forward to next year already and only got home yesterday.

Great location, handy for walking around Wells or down to the beach. Spacious, well-appointed and well-equipped accommodation. First floor lounge/dining/kitchen space was a pleasure to spend time in. Plenty of bathroom / toilet facilities. Garage + enough room for parking additional car within back yard was also a big plus. We would happily stay there again.
