Pilgrim’s Rest was a lovely home away from home for our stay in Bacton, the beaches were nearby and we were lucky with the weather. The log burner was a bonus as was the hot water shower outside, very useful with a muddy golden retriever!! The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Supermarkets were a short drive away and there were plenty of lovely pubs nearby. I would happily stay there again.

Perfect holiday cottage for our family stay at Christmas. Spacious, well-equipped, clean and cosy. The host decorated the house with Christmas decorations and provided a lovely welcome hamper which were both a lovely added touch. Bacton is a sleepy village but the cottage is in the perfect spot to get to the beach within 5 minute walk.

Good location near a dog friendly beach and cafes. The beds are comfortable with very clean linen. The bathrooms are clean and work well. The kitchen is well equipped with a nice BBQ outside. Very easy to park and check in. We’ve been to this property three times now and can recommend it.
