Valpre is located on the edge of a very pretty village, surrounded by beautiful open countryside and a short drive to Falmouth and local beaches.
A lovely light and airy cottage located between Falmouth and Porthleven. The open plan kitchen/dining/family room is a great way to enjoy your morning coffee, with views out to the garden and the open countryside beyond. In Falmouth you will find beautiful beaches at Maenporth, perfect for kayaking or paddling, and Swanpool Beach, with its water sports activities and there is so much to see and do in this lovely part of Cornwall.

This cottage was ideal for us having a disabled grandson as everything was down stairs. Very good location, easy for access to beaches and places if interest. would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our holiday, perfect location and a gorgeous property, we really didn’t want to leave. It was ideal for a family with (almost) grown up children and a retriever. We would love highly recommend!
