Occupying an imposing position overlooking the English Riviera, 10 Riviera is a spacious Townhouse perfect for holidays with friends and family. With the delights that Torbay and the surrounding area has to offer on the doorstep, guests can spend lazy days on the beach, explore the Devon coastline and Moors or visit the plethora of local attractions including Living Coasts and Paignton Zoo, if you are feeling energetic why not take a trip on the Kingswear Ferry to the Royal Naval Town of Dartmouth and then visit Woodlands Leisure Park. For a real break guests can leave their one car parked in the properties private parking space and stroll into Torquay where you can find excellent bus links, be sure to hop on an Open-Top Bus for a birds-eye view of the local area.

The property is arranged over four floors with three large reception rooms, all enjoying views over Torquay Harbour. The ground floor Family Room opens on to the enclosed garden, enjoy evenings relaxing on the garden seating while taking in the stunning vista or put together a BBQ banquet on the gas BBQ provided. Forget queuing for the bathroom before your day of adventures, each bedroom has ensuite facilities with the master bedroom ensuite featuring a roll-top bath.

Third Floor - Master Bedroom Super-King (6') with Ensuite Bathroom, Bedroom two single beds - 3' singles with Ensuite Shower Room.

Kitchen and Utilities: Low Level Neff Four Ring Gas Hob, Extractor Hood, Breville Kettle, Breville Four Slot Toaster, Nespresso Magimix Pod Coffee Machine (Guests to bring their own pods), Kenwood Microwave, RangeMaster Integrated Lower Oven and Top Oven, Integrated Beko Fridge Freezer, Nespresso Milk Frother, Bosch Integrated Dishwasher, Hoover Tumble Dryer, AEG Fridge Freezer, Hoover Washing Machine.

For Families: Bookcase and range of Childrens Toys, Travel Cot, High Chair and Stargates are provided in the property. (Please bring your own linen for the travel cot).

Outside Space: There is a fully enclosed garden to the front of the property, outside seating is provided and you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Torquay seafront from the garden. Weber Gas Barbeque provided (Please clean the Barbeque after use). 

Parking: One designated parking space only. 

General: WiFi Provided. Heating and Electricity included in rent. Bed linen and towels provided (Please bring your own beach towels). No Smoking. Guests can log into their own Netflix accounts on the TV's please ensure you log back out on departure.

Short breaks : Minimum of 4 nights

Pets: No pets. 

Accidental Damage Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

    This is a very spacious house with lots of room for all generations of a family and has fantastic views in a good location. The house was very clean apart from the thresholds into the kitchen and downstairs WC which need a better deep clean. There are great facilities in this house with good wifi, tv's everywhere a full equipped utility room with everything needed for a longer stay. The main bedroom on the top floor has a large double bed but I found it very hard, it would benefit from a topper for perfect comfort. There is evidence of wear and tear in some places but nothing to interfere with comfort or use. The second double bedroom had a issue with cold water pressure in the sink. We had a problem with no hot water when we first arrived which was a pain but was fixed very quickly the next day. The agency responded quickly to our needs. There was also an issue with noise on the roof. There was a quick response about this also however seemed connected with the very high winds which are particularly noisy on the top floor in a storm! The kitchen is a great space to cook in but could be better equipped with more guests staying longer. No vegetable knife for example. Furniture is on the whole comfortable but the dining area lacks proper seating. We found the hard bench seating practical but uncomfortable. Parking for one car is very easily accessible but any other parking is an issue and causes a problem within the block. Makes having visitors difficult especially in poor weather or for people with disabilities. Paid parking is down a steep hill. Side road parking is difficult. Our visitor parked in the owners second car parking space outside the garage which is only possible with a very small car. The central heating works well. The house has a lovely outside space with again breath-taking views and would be fabulous in the summer.

    Fabulous location with views to die for, if you don't mind walking back up the hill there are numerous lovely restaurants to eat at without having to drive. The master bedroom on the top floor was huge with stunning views of the harbour and the flights of stairs in the house certainly kept us fit.
