First floor: 3 bedrooms, landing workspace and bathroom.
Kitchen & utilities: Ceramic electric hob and oven, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine.
Entertainment: Freeview TV.
Outside: Enclosed southerly-facing garden to the rear with terrace, wooden gazebo, lawn and range of outdoor seating options.
Parking: Private parking for one car opposite the cottage.
General: Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies.
Pets: Max 2 dogs - £25 per pet per week.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in 1 Cobbs Well. Such a beautiful cottage and garden, our stay has been wonderful. We cannot praise Cobbs Well enough, the cottage and garden has been perfect for us-sad to be leaving. Cottage is in a perfect spot close to shops and harbour. Brown Sugar cafe-great for breakfast. Fowey in general, pubs, restaurants, beach, bakeries-all great-our new favourite place. Will definitely be back. Lovely and clean. Thanks.

Thank you for a fantastic week in Fowey. We stayed for a week and 1 Cobbs Well was a perfect base. Loved the ease of walking to town for pasties and coffee or just enjoying the lovely town and walks. Thank you!

Enjoyed a week in Cobbs Well prior to a significant birthday. Everything we needed was included in the home. It was lovely to have a little welcome treat on arrival for Oscar and Nellie (dogs). It would be good to come back in better weather so as to sit in the the garden/enjoy the harbour bars in the summer. Thank you.
