Ideal for those who like to be close to the harbourside and with all local facilities close by. Fabulous estuary views can be seen from the upper levels, and an enclosed garden to the rear, set on varying terraces, adds interest and somewhere to sit out and enjoy the wonderful views from the top-but the steep walk up is not for the faint-hearted.

Stair-gate from first floor to ground floor.Outside: Small paved courtyard accessible from the living area. There is an extended rear garden which is terraced on various levels which has outstanding harbour views from the top. Access to this area is via steep, uneven steps and not suited for those with any mobility issues. Parking: No private parking but public car parking available a short walk away. It is acceptable to park outside the property to load/unload.General: Wifi included. No smoking.Electricity and gas included, gas central heating throughout. Had a wonderful stay in Fowey, the cottage is very comfortable, well equipped and perfectly situated for the town and the ferries. The blue decor is fresh and calming and there are estuary views from the living areas and the loft bedroom. Parking can be a challenge at busy times and the narrow street means that vehicle access is limited to loading and unloading only. Not recommended if you have mobility issues due to the winding staircases and steep garden steps.
