Borough House is located RIGHT in the centre of Whitby, on the Abbey side. Five steps and you are in the throng of the cobbled streets. The house is beautiful, quirky and very well equipped. It is very quiet at night, lovely and warm and the kitchen is the heart of the house. We were five girls on a walking weekend away and we absolutely loved it. No parking nearby but once you have dropped off your luggage, you can park for free up by the Pavilion, about a 10 minute walk away. We only used the car once over the weekend so not a problem at all.
